- acknowledge and take responsibility for our mistakes

- keep information confidential and assume all privacy laws apply
- look after our own self care when volunteering
- treat others with respect and consider other perspectives as equally valid
- ensure our space is safe

- raise voices, swear or use abusive language
- judge others on their appearance, history, culture or background
- overshare our lived experience (no more than 10%)

- support and mentor each other
